I connected to Jose Farias ( Farias Pavers) and a couple of other driveway contractors to seal my pavers. Jose came to visit the site within the day and gave me a very competitive proposal with clear steps for the job. His price was reasonable and he definitely showed experience and care.
They are absolutely worth the 5-star reviews! When it came time to do the job, the workman showed up on time and did the job very precisely. The first day I wasn’t home and everything went smoothly. No problem at all.
The final result was even BETTER than expected.

My original driveway pavers were an absolute disaster following the recent construction of a pool. The heavy equipment & large trucks created several uneven surfaces and cracked many of my pavers. In addition, after about 15 years of settling, the original pavers were uneven and created a "lake" on my driveway after a heavy rain. I called several paving companies for estimates and decided to go with Faris Pavers. Their price was fair, but most importantly was the expertise, professionalism and attention demonstrated by the owner, Mr. Farias. He kept every promise from being on time to all appointments, to outstanding completion of work. I could tell that his crew did not consist of outsourced day laborers. Instead, they were professional craftsmen that worked efficiently and with great precision. Mr. Farias personally oversaw the work and constantly made sure that I was 100% satisfied.
It has been about 8 months since the job was completed. I wanted to wait to see how the well the work would hold up over time before writing a review. I am now happy to say that Farias Pavers EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS. My driveway looks fantastic. It is level again, like new and no longer forms a "lake" after a heavy rain. The broken pavers were replaced with matching pavers which are unnoticeable. My neighbors have even commented on how great my driveway now looks.

Jose’s team did an excellent job adding a small sidewalk off my driveway. They finished in just a few hours, cleaned the entire area before leaving, and delivered great quality for the price. Best quote i found in the area.

Quick response to request for estimate and equally as quick to begin the work once HOA approved the project. Scope of project included extending the driveway by 3 feet on both sides, widening the existing pad where the trash cans are kept, and installing a path from the pad to the driveway extension on one side of the driveway. Job completed in about 8 hours. Installers were very professional and did an outstanding job. They cleaned up and removed all debris and extra materials. Very pleased with their craftsmanship. Would recommend them to anyone considering paver installation.

Farias Pavers is THE BEST! Read this review if you are considering getting pavers done. I have hated my pavers from day one and I had my house built in 2018. Builder grade trash that had to be sitting on a lot somewhere for years before they were installed. We got a referral for Jose from another contractor who was fixing more builder issues that had them ripping up old pavers and grass in my yard. Perfect time to change out my pavers so I called Jose Farias and he gave me a great estimate in one day. We signed a contract the very next day. One day later we had our new pavers delivered. Then for the next two days I saw my old pavers disappear and transformed into the driveway of my dreams. I’ll let the pictures speak for themselves. His workers are the best and they worked hard from dawn til dusk for two days straight. They answered any questions and fixed anything I asked for (ex: a paver with an imperfection). Their attention to detail and intricate cuts was so refreshing. To say they take pride in their work is an understatement. No delays in work at all. Trucks kept coming to pick up trash or drop off more pavers and materials like clockwork. Jose was onsite throughout the day. Had to keep my neighbors back because they were trying to poach him for there own projects after seeing mine. You will be satisfied if you hire this company. I’d give them 10 stars if I could. I will forever be grateful! Now I am so proud everyday I pull up to my home!
